Day 3

Today was not like any other day here on the island.Well it began a normally.I never even thought going back to my old life,as life here was as better as anything else, and I think Cass agrees.As usually we had breakfast with some berries and cocoa nut stew, which Cass made with the random pots and pan we found in the tree house.I when to go milk Nutmeg, which in my opinion was rather cute,and we built a pen like thing earlier.(well they were just chunks of large wood piled up in a circle)With those big brown she stared at me like i was going to whack her with a hunk of cheese.I started to milk her into a bowl then took a big sip of the hazy milk which was a BAD idea. The glob of milk just sat in my mouth,and did not feel good. I spit it out immediately like in those cartoon shows. It tasted like a mixture of glue and fake snow but warm."YUCK" I screamed. Cass came running "What is it, Mai?!?!" she looked at me weirdly."Milk....not pasteurized!" I twitched my eye, and dramatically fell to the ground. I quickly got up and moaned "Ugghhh....well now I'm going to boil this milk."I climbed into the tree house took out a clean sliver pot, dumped the discussing milk right in, and turned on the fire. I put some herbs into the pot so I don't have to go thought that again.I let it cool it off and took a small sip and exclaimed "Mission Completion!".


Cass and I headed over to the shore line and notice there was a dock."Hmmmm...That wasn't there before" I told Cass. She nodded then said "Yeah that's weird, I'm going to mark it on are map." She took out the copy of the island map that she always careered handy. "You know you don't have to take that every were we go." I sighed."Yes I do, how are we going to know were we are on this island at all times?" I looked at her blankly then I grinned. I shuffled over to the creaky old dock that looks like its been there forever. My Jaw doped there was two bran new fishing lines, a net, and a fish bucket just sitting there waiting for someone to take it.This island is Strange I thought the whole day.I looked over to Cass..."You thinking what I'm thinking?" She smiled.I nodded. We both swiped the rods from the ground. Then swung them into the aqua blue sea.Instantly Cass got a bite, and swooped the huge red snapper and put it into the bucket. Cass got ten fish all of which were red snappers, and I got zero not even the smallest little fish in the world.

~Now for the weird part~

Well, now we were heading back home, and my watch said it was about time to eat lunch.When Cass and I found four bodies wash up on shore. I heard Cass drop something and I just stared. All of which were girls about are age and look almost nothing like us. This reminded me when Cass and I washed up on shore, and woke up on this weird island. It looked like they were alive, but I didn't want to go up to them, and poke them with a stick. Cass turn them all facing forward. They were alive but I wasn't happy. "Random people...Yippee." I sighed. There may not even have enough food on this island, and places to live. Cass still though we should take them, so they don't just stay there. All of them woke up at one point, and some of them new each other. We tried to explain. When I said it out loud this whole island thing sounds sort of unreal. We all said are name and things which was kind of corny. I notice that they had animal necklaces like us. That's the scary part. I showed Cass that they had them on and Cass and I both freaked out. "Where did you get those necklaces?" Cass questioned. "I never seen this in my LIFE" One of the girls said. All of them nodded and agreed with her. It like they wash up on a strange island, random necklaces show up on them and act like its nothing. Cass and I showed us are's and we told them that we found them in are beds in are tree house. Now all of us were heading back and there was a deep fog for maybe two minutes.And right when we were near the tree house POOF. The fog vanished, and there was a Wooden cabin, and a bungalow right next to the tree house.
